Crazy For You bags an award for @jamesmoran |

Sunday might be the day of rest for some people but the creative world never rests. One of my favourite creative souls is a guy called James Moran. Now you might not be familiar with his name and shame on you if you arent…actually you dont get shamed..but James Moran is a name you should be familiar with. He is behind the writing of some of my favourite films such as Severance (which is definitely up there as one of my favourite films featuring Danny Dyer), Tower Block (which is definitely a film you should check out. Its on Netflix….you have no excuse (unless you dont have Netflix), Cockneys V Zombies (one of the funniest films I have seen for a long time), and has worked on a bunch of TV shows including Spooks Code 9, and Doctor Who.

Well James never stops being creative as far as I can tell and this weekend one of the short films he wrote and directed has bagged itself an award at the Crystal Palace Film Festival. Yep. Best Horror/Scifi Award has gone to Crazy For You.

He has a trophy and everything and will hopefully get pride of place on what Im sure is a well decorated shelf filled with awards for Mr Moran.
