Whats coming up in the world of UK films? Some great ones actually,or at least for the ones I havent managed to see yet…ones that do look like they will be great. If you click on the poster art it will take you to the IMDB page for each film so you can investigate it more and where possible I have also added a trailer for you to check out.

First up is Age Of Kill, the latest film from Director Neil Jones (Risen) and Written by Simon Cluett  (Bonded By Blood 2) and with a cast list that features Martin Kemp (Assassin), Phil Davis (Face), Dexter Fletcher (Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels), Nick Moran (Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels) and Dani Dyer (We Still Kill The Old Way) taking us into the world of a black ops sniper, blackmailed into assassination 6 unrelated people in 6 hours.

Next up is Hyena which shows us that its not easy for ‘good policing’ to deal with crime in London

How does a “good” policeman survive? We shall find out if it does in Hyena, Written and Directed by Gerard Johnson, and starring Peter Ferdinando (Starred Up), Stephen Graham (This is England) , and Neil Maskell (Kill List).

and last but not at all least comes a film that people werent sure about beforehand but the reviews and feedback have been wonderful. Its the latest film from Director Matthew Vaughn (Mean Machine, Layer Cake) Kingsman:The Secret Service starring Colin Firth (The Kings Speech), and Taron Egerton (Testament Of Youth) in a mad tale of spies, and global threats. I know a lot of you have seen it and loved it. I for one am looking forward to checking it out when it hits DVD June 8th 2015.

But those are the future. What really good films have I watched recently. Well heres a couple for you to check out. Click the poster art on these and head to the trailers for them. Not all of them are newly released films, but they are all good films.
