Delving into White Dreams. Say hello to Faith |

Following up from the introductory article “What Is White Dreams” which you can find here, its time to re-enter the world of the James Hastings directed film by shining a spotlight on some of its cast members.

White Dreams centres around Jason who lives alone and works as a chef in a cafe. For reasons unexplained Jason starts to be haunted by his dreams,very vivid and very surreal. He appears in his dreams on a number of occasions and is advised by his doctor to visit Henry, a scientist who is also a dream specialist. When Jason visits Henry he is given a pill that will hopefully make his dreams disappear. But strange effects begin and things get even stranger.

Who is Faith Elizabeth Downie

Faith took her first acting role in a feature film, playing a Trafficked girl in ”Skin Traffik” (2013). and has since appeared in such films as the up and coming Legend (starring Tom Hardy), Legacy, Paddington, and even Muppets Most Wanted. Talk about a wonderful varied set of roles. Faith also played a CIA agent in the television mini series 24:live Another Day which was fantastic.

Faith also recently filmed an episode of Eastenders as a pregnant girl (which aired December 2014) and an episode of Holby City (which aired January 2015) as a wedding guest but also played a role in the extremly hard hitting drama by Paul Andrew Williams “Murdered By My Boyfriend” which aired on the BBC last year and can still be found on the BBC IPlayer as far as I know.

Talk about strength to strength in just two years or so. Thats just the film work. Faith is also extremly successful as a model as well as having worked as body double for Nicole Kidman on the film “Before I go to Sleep” Her working credits show zero limit and show no signs of slowing down with several projects in various state of production.

The woman is fantastic. Hard working on screen as well as offscreen.

It will be fantastic to see her in “White Dreams” where she takes the role of ‘Adriana’ What we can expect from ‘Adriana’ is something we cant wait to find out (but will patiently wait for ) but theres no doubt that the performance will be spot on if it comes from Faith Elizabeth Downie .
