After what seems like a lengthy wait for a moving glimpse of the latest film from Shogun Film’s latest. The Helloween trailer dropped today over at www.fangoria.com and the trailer looks great. But find out for yourself later in this article. For those not familiar with Helloween, it promises to be a tale of one hell of a fright night as the cult of clown descends upon the streets and its population. Featuring a stellar cast including Jeanine Nerissa Sothcott (Nemesis, Renegades, Harbinger), Michael Paré (Eddie and the Cruisers, Streets of Fire) and Ronan Summers (Guardians of the Galaxy, War Blade), this hair-raising new killer chiller from writer-director Phil Claydon is set to bring the fear and thrills as it gets it UK debut on digital on 29 September 2025 courtesy of Miracle Media, followed by a Blu-ray release on 13 October 2025.

The trailer gives a great insight into the film, its look its sound and its tone, and its terrifying villain Carl Cane. Channeling more Joker and Terrifier type clowning around rather than funny jokey clown antics Helloween looks like a perfect addition to the Halloween Spooky Season viewing rotation. With 31 days in October. Helloween is most definitely going to be taking up a spot on my 31 horror films of Shocktober list. There is always a risk of a killer clown type character not fully working in a film but from what ive seen (and heard) Ronan, Phil and the team at Shogun Films have nailed it! Bring on Carl Cane’s reign of chaos but please keep me safe!
