Lightbulb Film Distribution have announced that Street Trash, directed by Ryan Kruger (Fried Barry), will be released on limited edition Blu-ray from February 17.

Following the recent sold-out premiere at Prince Charles Cinema in London, the indie label have revealed that the double-disc will contain Kruger’s new take and the original 1987 version, plus extras including Director’s Commentary, Deleted Scenes, Behind The Scenes – EPK and Music Video for the 2024 film and Behind the Scenes footage from the 1987 film.

The feature is a reimagining of the 1987 cult horror-comedy of the same name. Kruger previously directed Fried Barry which, if you havent seen it, is fantastic and so wonderfully strange- You have to check it out! But lets get back to Street Trash! The film takes us into the story of a group of misfits must fight for survival when they discover a plot to exterminate every homeless person in the city.

Street Trash [2024] will also be available to own or rent across all major streaming and download platforms from February 17.
