Now on PSVR2 is Max Mustard. and immersive platformer designed for VR and a game that has been meticulously crafted to deliver top-notch gameplay and unforgettable experiences. I have had a PSVR2 headset since launch and whilst I do have a few titles, I haven’t gone full in as much as (a) i wanted to, and (b) as I should have. However in these last few months of the year it seems to be a bit of a VRmageddon when it comes to VR2 titles and there is a whole batch of games I want to pick up so I have to be choosy. Max Mustard is a game that I have heard praised on a video game podcast I listen to and I trust the ‘hosts’ and so Max Mustard has risen up the list of ‘titles I will pick up’ Retailing at £21.99 on the Playstation store HERE Max Mustard combines the best of first-person power-ups with the timeless charm of classic third-person platforming, and from what I have read the game promises to keep me hooked from moment one.
So who is Max? Well Max is our character who heads off on a heroic quest to rescue adorable mudpups from the clutches of the devious Stubbins. I don’t know what a mudpup is but if they are adorable then that’s all that matters. lets to rescue those mudpups!
Immersive landscapes, tough challenges, unexpected twists, moral dilemmas are all promised and from what I have heard. They are all delivered by the team behind the game.
With 40 hand crafted levels, each bursting with surprises, inventive mechanics, and endless variety. Sounds like a great time to me!
