Adam Mawson’s werewolf thriller ‘The Moors’ Indiegogo campaign for post production, premiere & festival funding now in its final hours ( @AdamJamesMawson )

From award winning writer/director Adam Mawson (Abduction, 13) comes The Moors which is currently raising funds for its final stages. The filming is completed and Adam is well underway with the editing stages. I spoke with Adam a few days ago and from what he told me (and I cant tell you what he said) but I can say that The Moors sounds great and Adams enthusiasm for the werewolf thriller is wonderful. So with filming completed, why is there an Indiegogo campaign running?  The much needed funding is for marketing, film festival entries (which will get the film in front of more eyes), as well as bluray/DVD production and for the films premiere. Its important to know that with Indiegogo , this isn’t an all or nothing campaign. So whilst Adam hasn’t unfortunately (yet) hit the target, Any donated funding will still head Adam’s way, so do chip in with some donations if you can.

The Moors Indiegogo has some great perks available including signed poster, digital screeners of the film, signed blurays, and also producer credits if you want to get your foot on the IMDB ladder and help boost your credits, knowing that you are also helping out an indie film production.

Lets venture into the story of The Moors. If you love werewolf movies then you will love The Moors,a horror  tale that follows the life of a dog walker whose fate takes a dark turn on the moorlands of Baildon, England.. Alongside two fly-tippers, as well as eight other individuals attending a party hosted by a dubious property developer. The film stars Danny Cunningham (Little Shop of Horrors, TV’s Coronation Street) , Adam Probets (Ghost Track, The Final Hour) and Sebastian Storey (13 Seconds in Kent State, Altered Space)

The Indiegogo Campaign is live and runs until the 20th of August and would love your donations to help get The Moors to the finish line with its premiere and release into the world.  If you can donate- thats amazing, Adam will love you for it! If you cant donate (and sadly many people cant due to finances) then please do share the campaign page across your timelines.  You can find the Indiegogo Campaign Page HERE
