Get ready for Worldcon (World Science Fiction Convention) which is returning to Glasgow’s SEC from August 8-12, 2024.  So what is Worldcon? Well its title is pretty self answering ( World Science Fiction Convention) but to go into a little more detail Worldcon is a yearly gathering of scifi/fantasy fans, authors, artists, musicians, and much more. Each year Worldcon makes its home in a new city around the planet having first started in 1939 in New York. This year its making  a return visit to Glasgow where it has been previously in 1995, and 2005. So it will be great to have Worldcon back in Glasgow.

I know many of you may not find it easy to get to Glasgow ( I myself am a few hours south of Glasgow) but some people are even further away.
