From writer/ director Charlotte Regan comes “Scrapper”, which takes us into the world of Georgie (played by Lola Campbell), a dreamy 12-year-old girl who lives alone in her London flat following the death of her mother (played by Olivia Brady)  When he estranged Father (played by Harris Dickinson) returns from a trip to Ibiza, he tries to make Georgie face the reality of the situation shes now found herself in.

Scrapper premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023  where it won the Grand Jury Prize for World Cinema Dramatic Competition and is due for a cinema release August 25th, 2023 and I cant wait to see it. There are also some screenings of the film also including a Q&A with Charlotte Regan in the run up to its official release. You can see those details below.
