Radiance Films have announced a partnership with Raro Video here in the UK and are set to begin launching some classic films from October 2023 onwards.  First up is Giorgio Ferroni’s  1972’s The Night of the Devils ( La notte dei diavoli ) starring Gianni Garko and which tells the story of the patriarch of a wealthy family who fears that one day he will show up in the form of a vampire.  As well as a new digital transfer from the original negative, the blu ray release also includes archival interviews with some of the cast and crew, translated in English for the first time and also a newly recorded audio commentary by horror experts Alan Jones and Kim Newman ( and for those who have listened to any commentary by Alan and Kim, you know you are in for a treat), the blu ray will also include a booklet by Rachael Nisbet.
