The might HBO revealed on Monday that the seventh season of Game Of Thrones will consist of just seven episodes (I say just..even though each episode is better than a lot movies that are released) It wasnt much of a secret that the seventh and eighth season of the show would be a shorter season as it enters its end game, but with the news that we will get seven episodes. At least its one less rumour and one more fact that we can savour.

There is also the delay in broadcast due to waiting for actual ‘winter to come’. Instead of the April or March date that we have been used to. The opening episode will now debut in the  Summer of next year. But if its worth filming, its worth filming well and as we enter perhaps the final fiftee episodes of the entire run. Do we really have an objection to waiting an extra two ofrthree months until we see the seventh season.
