I first heard about Leviathan in 2014, I saw the hard work the crew were putting into their labour of love and now its complete and pretty soon, you can check out Leviathan: The Story of Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II which is a feature length documentary uncovering the history, making of and unknown details of the making of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser and Hellbound: Hellraiser II films.

Interviews and testimonies from those most closely involved, will pretty much bring you the most comprehensive insight to these classic cult horror films.

Following the story of the films from their inception through production to release and then their subsequent lives and growing fan base, Leviathan will show fans and those less familiar with the films both the technical skills, the creative idea, the symbolism and the legacy of these movies.

Definately one of the highlights of the horror year, thats for sure

Whilst I am very eager to see the full list of contents for the 3 DVD set. I am still very eager to see it, whatever treasures are within the set.

The DVD is Region Free so those in the USA will be able to play the set also which is great news for all.

Last night I was listening to the latest episode of the horror podcast Bind Torture Kast which had a small section on the excitement they had for checking out this documentary.
