British Crime thriller/comedy Gangster’s Kiss from Director Ray Burdis – starring Charlie Clapham, Daniel O’Reilly, Michelle Collins, Martin Kemp, Patsy Kensit, Vas Blackwood & John Hannah. On Digital June 24th.

Fugitive Films and Pink Flamingo Media Group have confirmed that the upcoming Gangster’s Kiss will be released in the UK this Summer. Directed by Ray Burdis, the British Crime/Comedy will be available on Digital Download from 24th June.

The film which is listed as ‘Miss the Kiss’ on IMDB (just in case you do get a little confused as to why you couldn’t IMDB locate it) looks like it’ll be yet another wonderful film from Director Ray Burdis, who in the past has given us such gems as Final Cut, Love Honour and Obey, and The Wee Man.

Gangsters Kiss is written by Ray Burdis and Michael Head, Michael having also written Bermondsey Tales: Fall of the Roman Empire which I recently reviewed (you can review here) and is a wonderful film, so do check that one out. But lets get back to Gangsters Kiss for now.

For as long as Jack (played by Charlie Clapham ) can remember, he and Danny (played by Daniel O’Reilly )  have been friends, and Danny has always gotten Jack into trouble. He’s had a few brushes with the law and blows up half a high street before deciding to turn to acting. Everything is going well until Jack lands his first feature film role and Danny agrees to shadow ‘the family’. Jack soon realizes he is way over his head with deadly and hilarious consequences.
