David Bowie invites you into the Labyrinth with a stunning 4K steelbook & Collectors Edition this June.

From Jim Henson’s legendary Creature Shop, and featuring iconic rock star and actor David Bowie, comes the superb cult favourite Labyrinth, coming to 4K & Blu-ray Collector’s Edition, 4K & Blu-ray Steelbook, Blu-ray and DVD on 22nd June 2026 from Anime Limited, in collaboration with Radial Entertainment. Also on the same date there’s a great release of The Dark Crystal being released. You can read about that here

The groundbreaking live-action fantasy, directed by Jim Henson, creator of The Muppets, co-written by Monty Python star Terry Jones (Erik The Viking), and executive produced by Star Wars creator George Lucas, is described by Empire Magazine as a “fabulous fantasy from the godfather of modern puppetry”.

With a wonderful performance from David Bowie (The Man Who Fell To Earth) as the Goblin King, and an early starring role for Jennifer Connelly (Oscar winner for A Beautiful Mind), the film features an incredible array of gruesome goblins and truly stunning visuals (conceptual designer Brian Froud, who worked on Henson’s The Dark Crystal, was BAFTA nominated for Labyrinth); as well as a soundtrack by Bowie himself.

Labyrinth was filmed on an enormous and truly extraordinary ‘Goblin City’ set at Elstree Studios, featuring one of the largest scenery backcloths ever made, prompting the New York Times to call the film a “remarkable achievement”. Now you can see Henson’s incredible vision in pristine 4K in these new editions.

The Collector’s Edition will include:
Double walled slipcase holding:
68 Page production art and photos booklet.
3 disc Steelbook with the film on 4K, the film on Blu-ray, and a Blu-ray disc of video extras

LABYRINTH will be released on 4K & Blu-ray Collector’s Edition, 4K & Blu-ray Steelbook, Blu-ray, and DVD from 22nd June 2026. Jim Henson’s THE DARK CRYSTAL will also be available on the same formats from Anime Limited, in collaboration with Radial Entertainment.
