Kristen Stewart delivers the performance of her career in PERSONAL SHOPPER

Kristen Stewart (American Ultra, The Twilight Saga) delivers the performance of her career in the literally haunting PERSONAL SHOPPER, arriving on digital platforms, Blu-ray and DVD from July 17th, 2017 courtesy of Icon Film Distribution.

An ethereal and mysterious ghost story as much as it is a meditation on grief and isolation, PERSONAL SHOPPER follows Maureen (Stewart), a high-fashion personal shopper to the stars who is also a spiritual medium. Grieving the recent death of her twin brother, she haunts his Paris home, determined to make contact with him.

From Olivier Assayas, the internationally-acclaimed director of Clouds of Sils Maria and Summer Hours, PERSONAL SHOPPER was met with near-universal critical acclaim following its theatrical release earlier this year. Original, compelling and with a game-changing central performance at its heart, PERSONAL SHOPPER is one of the essential home entertainment releases of the summer and a film that will continue to grow in reputation for many years to come. When i went into this film I wasnt sure what to expect, still somewhat type cast into the role she played in the Twilight Saga, Kirsten here was fantastic. Personal Shopper is this weird and wonderful blend of two genres, that whilst for me made me want more of the drama side of things, still gave me enough to still be thinking of this film even months after I watched it. Ive been a fan of Kristens since her role in Into The Wild, and even though Im not a fan of the Twilight movies, I didnt hold her personally responsible for my dislike of them, Kristen Stewart is a fine actor, and she will hopefully get more chances like she did with Personal Shopper to showcase just how talented she is.
