From the Director of Stand By Me…. Being Charlie is out now from @CockerelEnt

Charlie is a troublesome 18-year-old who breaks out of a youth drug treatment clinic, but when he returns home to Los Angeles, he’s given an intervention by his parents and forced to go to an adult rehab. There, he meets a beautiful but troubled girl, Eva, and is forced to battle with drugs, elusive love and divided parents.

Its been a while since there was a competition running on the website and part of that is due to schedules on my own part, Its been a super busy year for me so far, but also a super busy year for everyone else. But I have found time to get a competition running on the site and the wonderful people at Cockerel Entertainment to let me have 3 DVDs of Being Charlie to give to me, to give to you. So what do you have to do to be in with a change to win a DVD of this lovely movie. Its simply really. I want you to email me at and let me know which famous film features a classic scene performed by the Mother of the director of Being Charlie. 3 Winners at random will be drawn and a DVD will find its way to you in the post.

The closing date is the 25th of September and winners must email the answer to me at and put ‘Being Charlie’ in the subject heading. Sadly because of region coding, this competition is only open to UK residents.

Many thanks to Cockerel Entertainment for their prize donation
